West VA Rainbow 2005 Pictures Hall of Shame. This is Tim Lynn, incident Commander for the USFS and chief asshole. Communications and relations with the Forrest Service have gone downhill fast since he took over. He has no communication skills what so ever. He was kicked out of the Secret Service because his relationship with Monica Lewinski was an embarrassment to the force.
